I dropped off after hours and wasn’t told that the drop box wasn’t at the door. I had to find it myself at the back of the strip mall. I used the UHaul app to notify my drop off the same day instead of the next morning after I had already told UHaul during my phone call that I would be using the drop box that same evening after hours instead of the next day. I received a phone call from a woman at Parcel N More that the associates told her I didn’t drop off (because they didn’t see me). She told me she saw the vehicle but didn’t have my key. I’m not sure why they didn’t check the drop box if they saw the vehicle. THE DROP BOX LID WAS OPEN BECAUSE THE KEY RING HAS A LARGE U-HAUL ATTACHMENT, SO ANYONE COULD COME AND OPEN THE BOX LID AND REACH THE KEYS. THAT SHOULD BE CHANGED FOR THEIR LOCATION. There were three times I had talked to someone on the phone during my reservation to pick up or drop off and it was as if no one was communicating the same things. I had to let them know what the person before had told me about details for places to drop off, type of vehicle, and one way vs. round trip. I appreciate the UHaul and it was very clean and helpful. But I wasn’t given smooth guidance throughout the process.

William BI have too much to say for what can be written here. Customer service has been a zero. I have received no call back and no explanation of what’s going on with my bill as I was charged over $200 more than what it was supposed to be (and quoted for). I use U-Haul very often for my business and it is always around $125 for my regular business route but I was charged $384 with a $39 refund (with NO EXPLANATION as to why I received a refund). I keep being transferred from agent to agent with no help and no call backs. I feel like U-Haul is scamming me.
