The reservation for the truck was satisfactory. My one and only complaint was that the 2-packs of 12 pads were not available at this location. I was told yo call some other U-Haul locations to see who had any. I flew into PHL in order to pick up a truck, drive to a house to pick up furniture and drive it back to OH. I didn't know the area. the U-Haul dealer finally called U-Haul to locate pads, but again, I wasn't familiar with the area. After all this I arrived late to there furniture pick location and the two movers sold me 6 pads in order to be able to move the furniture into the truck.

I have updated the location for pickup but while picking up the truck it wasn’t available in that location. It might be helpful to keep it available at the location when at the time of booking or at the updated location or to update user on the location prior to pickup.
LOKESH KStore was not open at the time of my appointment to pick up my vehicle. A sign on the door said they would open 2 hrs later. We had to proceed using the app and lock box. I had requested a van, not a truck and was told one was not available. A van was sitting right by my assigned truck and I would have like to talk to a person about its availability. Not possible when they were not coming to the place if my appointment until 2 hrs later
