Todays experience calling uhaul support was awful! I tried to add husband as authorized contact and license wasnt going through. Took forever to get a human and got Jerica who just kept sending links that gave same error message. The last one she actually hung up on me bc I guess didn't want to deal with it and so never got him added after spending 45 minutes and messed up our entire plan for day!!!! Awful experience with Jerica!

Mary MThey were 20 minutes late opening and would take my discount code. Told me i have to call u-haul and when i called u-haul they said she needed to put in code when i picked up. I will be calling again tomorrow.

JAMES C15’ van needs front end / steering maintenance One hour delay at pick up due to U-Haul system down so it cost me an extra $100 in manpower as I was late returning to load the truck Back of the van needed cleaned and mopped which we did, further delaying loading Was offered 1/2 tank gas as compensation and upon returning the truck, compensation was voided Quite disappointed in the way this rental was handled by management, not the rental or return location
