Tony ATodays experience calling uhaul support was awful! I tried to add husband as authorized contact and license wasnt going through. Took forever to get a human and got Jerica who just kept sending links that gave same error message. The last one she actually hung up on me bc I guess didn't want to deal with it and so never got him added after spending 45 minutes and messed up our entire plan for day!!!! Awful experience with Jerica!
