The process to pick up and drop off the truck was seamless. The representative I had was also great. Since this was my first time, he answered all the questions I had about what I could fit in the truck and he was absolutely right. The only thing I would recommend is at least get the dust/dirt from the truck before another person rents it. The unit I got wasn’t dirty but was more dusty.

Super easy system!

Lynn AFirst of all, you should have another option for the recommended question for Maybe. The person who helped me was not knowledgeable or helpful with setting up my return location. They did not know to call scheduling to find out if my desired location had a drop off option.
