I was greeted when I walked in, told them the furniture pads were folded in the back and it had nearly 1/4 tank more gas than when I picked it up. The drop off was fast and efficient

LYLE FYou can make the process easier to check in and check out. Its 10 degrees out and you have multiple people out in the cold doing extra unnecessary steps. It made the experience terrible plus having nowhere to park not even for a few minutes. Although the place was closed there was still staff there offering no help or directions.
