The building is not well-signed. There was a personal vehicle blocking the self-return station. I could not locate a person/employee or entrance to the location. The lot to drop off was not well maintained (overgrown grass, large patch of dog poop, other random vehicles, etc.). I would not feel comfortable going after dark and was grateful I had someone with me when I dropped off. The guys at the business next door were wonderful in helping me know where to go (back of building).
