The truck was not pulled up for pick up. Snow and ice were on the windshield, I would have expected this to be cleaned off. The return location was not what I requested. I returned the truck with extra gas and I was charged for additional mileage! I should have received a credit for the extra gas!

KIRK JThe cab was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. I was charged for 60 miles more than I drove. I am currently trying to dispute the inaccurate charges.
JOHN DNot a clear Uhaul site, no easy to find signage on the building from the road. They forgot to put the dolly on the trailer and I had to send someone back to pick that up. By the time we got it, there was a huge downpour and we had to wait to load the trailer for a few hours putting us behind schedule.
