This was by far THE WORST experience I've had with Uhaul. First they moved the location on me, then when we got there, NOBODY was on-site for assistance. There was only one truck that looked like it was my rental parked up front cleared off of snow, not NO, mine was apparent in the back behind the building covered in 4-5inches of snow. To make it even worse there was only maybe 1/4 tank gas. Then to top it all off the lock mechanism on to get my keys from front mobile pick up was so jacked that I had to call someone to walk me through other things to try. Truck itself was fine but ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE PICK UP AND PREP FOR CUSTOMER. I almost called to demand a partial refund for the 30-45mins I spent just trying to find and get the truck.
William WThere was a mileage discrepancy and the manage tried to verify the mileage several times. Spoke with me politely and tried to see if it would be possible but agreed the additional mileage could not have been driven. He the contacted the regional manager who also agreed. Neither was impolite, condescending or rude.
