the customer service rep at this location was extremely rude. For one thing, I parked in the ONLY available parking spot in the entire lot. I am with Handicap pass so I put it up on the dash and proceeded inside. This parking spot looked as though it was with Handicap as it's just in front of the door beside the two at the front. I walk in and the rep was not there, she came in a few minutes after we were awaiting. She stated "For future do not park there, ok? It's the manager's spot." .. I was pretty put off by that but agreed to this "future" drive in to park elsewhere. I find that extremely rude and unnecessary. Then she proceeded to be very rude during our transaction. We asked for a hand truck equipment and were rung out. She was so hard to understand her speaking that we had to ask several times to repeat that we didn't understand but were told we were all set. Then we realized as we were moving using the van that the hand truck was not in the van! It was never given to us. We also had issue when returning the van. This rep was rude again, called out to me in line and stated in a very difficult to understand fashion that we were "all set' again. Leave keys pull it up pointing to side of building. I'm thinking.. ok? like just "all set and leave?" and I repeated that and she said "Yup" and I said I will need a refund for the hand truck she was quick to answer me as though I'm bothering her to say "YUp I am refunding you for that" so my companion returned to the building to ask if that was truly the case that we are to Leave without any other signature or anything needed and to just leave as "All Set' and assume the refund and charges would be on an email which I just received - I do see that she refunded $30 as a "Oil repair and tire credit " of sorts. I'm just not happy that I have to deal with inconsiderate people in today we should be more able to communicate and be of good friendly service to one another. She needs to realize we don't rent a van or dolly or whatever frequently. We need specific instruction and perhaps less of an attitude about where we parked. It is truly unnecessary to act that way. I'm customer service and work with the public and would be fired to act this way towards someone doing business with my company


Staff was courteous and accommodating (even in the rain)...and the trailer worked fine.

Not much. Vehicle needed an oil change and had a lot of missed prior damage. Verbal discussion regarding collision waiver damage was not accurate and contradicted thw written contract. 4th time using this location, I'll be back. Renters must inspect the vehicle for non disclosed or undisclosed damage otherwise they will be liable!!

Very frustrating returning the vehicle after hours. Location would not detect even though location services was turned on in my phone . Had to spend 15 minutes on hold with customer service after moving all day and exhausted. Not impressed.


Other than the wait in line, the whole experience was a positive one. Would recommend to a friend.

The woman that waited on me was of dark complexion. I don't have the paperwork so I couldn't tell you her name but there was a Caucasian woman there who attempt to treat me as a customer worse than trash so no I would never come back to that location or recommended the woman that waited on me she wore glasses very polite and very nice the Caucasian woman totally disrespectful

The Truck Return video is not correct. It says to park anywhere, take a photo of the location and put the key in the Key Drop box. While looking for the key drop, we had to ask. We were informed that we should have pulled into the Return Equipment lane. The video misled ud.


I think your gas gauges are fixed to stop ppl from filling 100% so you can charge them extra. I filled my tank about a block away from your location and still I'm charged for gas by you. I feel this is illegal and needs to be dealt with.


Truck wasn't full of gas had a little over a quarter I brought it back with a little over a quarter and I got charged $9.50 And I only drove 22 miles and I had put five dollars in which was 2 1/2 gallons

Set the store up. Waited over 1/2 hour to pick up an online pre-filled out and confirmed rental. Employee could not help me because manager went out back with customer and there was no change in the Cash drawer to process the transaction in front of me. Had to wait until the GM came back to get change? District Manager came in and all of a sudden everyone is moving and helpful.

Staff was professional, friendly, courteous, helpful and informative, just as they were when I rented from this UHaul location back in July 2020. I've been very pleased with my experiences renting from this location so don't have any improvements to suggest.

I have been using this location for over 5 years. The staff is friendly the equipment is clean and the propane refill station is very convenient. I was a little disappointed in my latest rental that it didn't come with remote control mirrors?? I thought that was unusual.
