This location took great care of us after the initial pick up location was a complete joke. Twice that location provided damaged trailers and messed up the refund process and last minute scrambling to get things worked out ahead a major cross country move.

CHRISTOPHER KUnfortunately, the customer service I received was very poor and felt discriminatory. The two customers ahead of me were helped promptly, but when it was my turn—despite the lot being full of trucks—the salesman told me that none were available and that it had been a particularly tough week. While he was assisting another customer, I managed to secure a reservation myself almost immediately using my phone. However, he then required me to provide three contacts, which was not asked of the previous customers. This incident occurred on Sunday, June 1st, around 11:00 AM.
JEREMY KI received truck with damaged ramp. Location had a spare truck but did not have courtesy to offer the replacement. I returned truck moving small items and I have to pay again for the another rental.
