The worker that day was very helpful and informative. I recommend this U-Haul location.
JED NThere was only one person there and it took over 45 minutes for him to help the people in front of us. Which made us over an hour late back to our location the movers we had planned to help us were extremely upset for the extra time and we did not get finished with our move that day. For a Saturday it just felt like maybe there should have been two people there to help work through the line of customers. The gentleman was very kind and helped with all of our needs! It was just the timing of him helping everyone and US needing to be back to the property.
