Love the service everyone I interactive with was very nice and very informative.
KELLI LWe had a horrible experience with U-Haul and will never rent from them again. We showed up to pick up our trailer at the first place just for him to tell us someone (he didn’t know who or why just said he couldn’t do anything) cancelled our pick up. I had no call or email saying any of this had happened.We then call customer service where they then sent us to a location close by saying they had one available but then we show up and he says that our order got cancelled even though it was placed 10 min before that. He then sent us to another place across town where it took us 20 min to even talk to someone who could help us. We examined the trailer at it all looked fine and we still covered all of our stuff to protect it but that didn’t work. We have black stuff all over our dishes, mattress (was sealed with a protector), clothes even though this stuff was packed in boxes. Was a horrible experience and won’t rent again.
