DEBORAH YFirst time renting Uhaul The location was easy in and out the young man helping us,, was also great. The problem was the computer system, it had been down the day before and wasn't working at all on the Sunday morning that us and 5 others showed up at the same time to pick up, the young man working was trying to do the best he could and at no fault of his own deal work a problem he had no control over Get the APP rent thru there and bypass Uhaul comp system, save yourself some time and just pick up the key.
