The business was slow and understaffed. I was to pick up my trailer at 8:30 but didn’t leave the lot until 10:15. Drop off was a bit quicker but still needs improvement.
LYNN BI ordered and paid for a dolly but there wasn't a dolly in the truck when we picked it up. There was no way to get one because we did the pickup at 8 am -- before office hours for the location.
Louise SDon't give out a truck knowing the ABS and Traction Control systems are having issues especially when you know the trick is going to be driven 13 hours to a different state so the cruise control doesn't work.
