Whoever is in charge of hiring at that location should be promoted. Best customer service I’ve experienced within my 10+ years of renting equipment. Hands down will I recommend this location to anyone that wants a simple and easy process with renting equipment.

Not leave premises before renter gets in Vehical and leaves. Very Strange.
STACEY MEvery time I visit this location they have issues receiving the pictures of my license that I upload. They don’t seem to know how to ever use the system. The one guy who does know a little better acts like he doesn’t want to be there. Which I can understand if he’s the only one who knows how to use the system. But while I was waiting he left went outside and sat on a trailer and was scrolling on his phone while the lady was struggling to get me set up. She had to yell out the window for him to come back in. It always takes so much longer at this location than others i go to. They are nice enough people but it’s quite frustrating to say the least when the trailer I need is always ONLY available at this location. I dread it so hard when I make my reservation and have to go there to get what I need. Would suggest updating systems, or at the very least training the people much more thoroughly.
