Uhaul estimated I would drive 188 miles - and charged me for that. But I only drove the van 170 miles. When I returned it, I did not get a (roughly) $15 credit off my bill. Furthermore, the gas tank was not filled. I had to calculate how much gas I might use on the trip. I estimated too much gas and ended up leaving about $10 of EXTRA FREE GAS FOR UHAUL in the tank. Your policies suck!! Update your systems and processes! If you don't, then you're SCREWING YOUR CUSTOMERS INTENTIONALLY!!!

People are great. I believe U-Haul threw on $30 in fees I didn’t agree to. So that’s pretty frustrating

Quedo atenta a que se me explique el motivo.

pauline SThe location was great for me. However, the experience with the website/app was my main problem. Every time I tried to create an account in the app, it would ERROR OUT , so I couldn't ever get to the point to login. When I tried to use the website, it would require an OTP to verify, but once I got the code, I couldn't get to the point to enter the code. I had to return it after hours, so needed to use the mobile access. I had to call the 24/7 call service in order to process it out. The customer service lady on the phone was VERY helpful and I got everything all processed out just fine.
