I made a reservation weeks before on the app, spoke to a rep confirmed a 20 ft truck, 6 blankets, and a furniture dolly pick up at 1pm. That morning I called several times to see if I can pick up earlier, no one answers the phone. I went directly there, waited 30 mins outside the door until someone came back. They had no 20 ft trucks, no blankets, no dolly. Early or at the scheduled 1pm time. I settled on a 15 ft truck which ended up being too small. I needed to make 2 trips that added to my mileage and the cost and the long day! No blankets my couch ended up dirty, and schlepped without the dolly. Yes, the truck was clean but the service was awful. What’s the sense of an app and confirmation if they don’t Stand by it. Moving is stressful enough!
