The cab was infested with roaches and it took forever to check in even though I had completed online check-in this location was horrible

Javier AThere is no drop box. I had to go inside the store and have the person behind the register the keys. He checked real quick if this is I need the right drop off location. I showed him my contract and he was ok, took the keys and said everything was fine.
STEPHAN SThere was a furniture dolly/cart that I had ordered, but this location did not have on hand at the time of the rental pickup. It was a small convenience store so did not really have space for any of the add on supplies. The sales clerk was very nice and adjusted the order accordingly. The truck was clean enough and drove well so was pleased with the vehicle and its performance. The drop off location address was not correct nor was it close to my actual unloading collection, but was very pleased that the call center was able to find a location 5 minutes away and made that location the drop off/return location for my rental. Also the truck was very comfortable to drive, the seats were also very comfortable and did not have any fatigue from sitting in the cab for the duration of the trip.
