Uhaul rental 2 blocks down the street said it would be impossible to get a truck on 12/2/23. Saw uhaul trucks outside the AIA grocery and went inside and they said they were available, no problem. Their store and the trucks were clean, the check in was easy and fast. The whole experience was almost enjoyable considering I was doing a last second, move for a friend in need.

Matthew B.I booked a self-serve pickup but that wasn't available and the process took 25 minutes from arrival to leaving with the truck. WORSE? I booked a $39.99 truck for 4 hours and drove 10 miles and I was charged over $100!! The “fuel charge†of $30 was NEVER Disclosed or made clear verbally or during the reservation process. ACTUAL was $70 higher than what was quoted.
