I went to the location in my reservation only to be redirected to another location once I got there. I didn't have a car so I had to Uber. Slightly annoying. Then when I got to the location, the staff person supporting me was rude. Spoke roughly, rushed me unreasonably, and treated his staff poorly. Once I registered, I found out that the vehicle was back at the other location but, atleast they took me back there in their own vehicle. Once there; I waited 20 min for my vehicle because the staff person was having an argument with an upset customer.Once I had his attention again, it only took him 2 min to get my car. That was really annoying aside was just waiting like an idiot. Mind you, I was calm and never got upset even when I was rudely spoken to. Terrible location - this should be a HARD PASS.
