Truck was not at location it said it was Mobile gas station on Belvedere. If I could hate lower than 1 star I would this place is horrible.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe truck was filthy and raggedy the passenger side mirror was literally hanging on with clear plastic food wrap that the location used to attempt to reattach mirror instead of repairing properly which made the mirror unusable and a driving hazard. Based on the conditions of the truck I definitely feel I am entitled to a partial refund cause if I returned the truck in those conditions I would have definitely been charged!! I WILL NEVER use this location again.

Natasha WYou can’t pickup your rental here. You have to go to a different location about a mile away. We took an Uber to Caroline to pickup our rental only to realize we have to go to Belvedere. Great, order another Uber and wait for it to arrive. Get to Belvedere and get the key but are told we need to go back to Caroline. Are you kidding me!
