The mileage was wrong and the tank was empty when the paper said it had a quarter tank of gas.

You can’t pickup your rental here. You have to go to a different location about a mile away. We took an Uber to Caroline to pickup our rental only to realize we have to go to Belvedere. Great, order another Uber and wait for it to arrive. Get to Belvedere and get the key but are told we need to go back to Caroline. Are you kidding me!

ANTONIO CThe truck I received had no gas cape and a broken side mirror and when I let them know about the issue they told me it was ok to take the truck in that condition and the first day I got sick from the gas fumes was smelling and I was sick for 2 days customer should be treated better than this
Angila MI arrived at this address and was promptly told I had to go to another address, not in walking distance. When my truck was delivered 45 minutes later, it was covered in food debris in the cabin and cigarettes all over the box, and the gas tank was near empty.
