Went to the location and was told to go to another location. I thought it all looked sketchy. But I dropped it off at the second location because that's what the guy said to do.

The incorrect address was provided for drop-off. I had to determine the correct address. The staff were not helpful or willing to check me in. I had to do it myself

JOSHUA P.This location was hardly a location at all. No signs and NO DROP BOX FOR KEYS. I looked around the entire block for either a UHaul sign or a drop box or ANYTHING and could not find a think. I looked for 30 minutes. Terrible customer experience. PUT UP A SIGN, YOURE A HUGE NATIONAL COMPANY
