The drop off location somehow changed on my phone from my paper so I couldn’t really say I dropped it off , but other then that everything was good

The gas station attendant didn't give me any detail on how to return the truck and I do not know how to work with the Uhaul app on my phone - I am old and I needed a lot more help than was offered. Uhaul phone personnel were very helpful.
Elizabeth HThe person there did want to help me at all. He did I had to call uhaul and deal with them. He would not even talk to me about trying to help and did not even go outside to look at truck. It was very disappointing. I had to call uhaul and return the car over the phone.
Rene PFirst of all, there was no signs or anything stating this was a place to drop a uhaul and was very unsettling. Second, the employee barely spoke English and did nothing but yell about everything.
