I thought I could drop off the truck with the employee behind the counter at this convenience store, but instead I had to download your app and take a bunch of pictures of the truck and submit everything through my phone. Luckily, my daughter was with me and she knew exactly what to do. It would have been a lot easier if the employee at the store could have done all of that. After taking all the photos and downloading your app, I learned the employee was the one who could take the keys to the truck, he just wanted us to do all of the work!. Also, this location is not in a good neighborhood, not a good place to be at night. Next time, I will return the truck to a U-Haul owned location during regular business hours.

Ensure the site has dolly’s, blankets, wrap, and moving supplies. I reserved these items but never received them and was charged for them. The site doesn’t have any supplies
Stephanie SThis location did not have the key for the truck. I had to go to the Okeechobee and Military Trail location, speak with them, and they had the key for the truck. The representative there was very kind and she came over with me to the 5850 location. I ended up being 1.5 hours behind schedule.
Air CI only put 10 miles on odometer got charged for 65
Mauricio AThe pickup was a bit confusing and the instructions on the app were not clear. It wanted me to pickup the key from a lock box, but no box existed. The clerk in the store had the keys and then they were confused about the process on the computer and charged my card again ( which was refunded) but it was obvious they were not familiar with the system.
