It was horrible!! Dirty with bugs and the gas was not as indicated! Broken glass and debris in the back of the truck and the manager gives a $50 credit and thinks that’s enough? Ridiculous ruined my move and backed us up for a day to move long distance and it was the only truck in the area ! Very unhappy with U-Haul and there resolution

Directions are unclear in gps. Building has nothing indicating uhaul. It's in the middle if an industrial area and roads leading to it are essentially just cutting through parking lots.
Sean KTruck was not available at pick up, customer service seems to have no idea what they are talking about and told us multiple different things, and it's impossible to actually speak to anyone at any location to try to resolve issues.
Robert DNo improvements needed. Great looking facility with fantastic customer service. Representative Austin was extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Zero issues with the van and it was nice and clean as well. I will drive the 20 minutes from the Boston Rd Springfield location to rent here anytime I need a vehicle. The difference in professionalism is night and day!
