Key Dropbox was hard to find, I had to drop off the keys the next day (I was in the dark so that’s why) maybe signs to where the Dropbox is? It might just be a me problem not sure if any of your customers have had that problem

It works be nice if we could drop it off at the Uhaul store around the corner and if their lot is full they take it to the secondary location. However, it looked clean and nice.
CONNIE RThis was nothing wrong with Granite Mountain Storage but I selected Towne Storage on Glen Eagle Dr originally and the only notification I saw that the location had changed was because I checked on the location on the Uhaul login to verify what information to send to my family. Not sure how to guarantee a selection like that sticks in the future.
