This place was very clean and nice. We rented a small 10ft truck it was new very nice. I always rent with uhaul.
Sophia MI would not recommend U-Haul at all. The location was fine but their hours are bad and U-Haul’s check-out and check-in procedures are crap. Fridge dolly was useless with broken bearings. Never again. Home Depot has better hours.
Lou RTruck had two partially drank water bottles in cab and back was full of sand. A lot. Very surprised someone could get away with returning a truck with the back full of sand. I get it that the gas was siphoned and appreciate the credit to make up for it but getting a dirty truck was a disappointment.
Ryan KDon’t say the truck is at a quarter full When really it’s on empty then tell us that you’ll reimburse us for gas and I put $40 in and yall only reimburse me 10 bucks. I called to get an extra day got a $50 charge just to have some random person Call me 5 minutes later from Clearfield asking if I would be done with the truck, somebody from Uhaul gave my number out. Not cool. This was way too expensive for two days. I’ll be using a different service next time or just move on my own. Thank you.
