We had kept in good communication with the location there letting them know that we are running a little bit late and the communication was that it was indicated that we should be OK if we are a little bit late in returning the items without adding an additional day. But when we got the bill an additional day was added. It sounds like it’s to the discretion of the manager. The manager was there when we returned it and nothing was said about the additional day even though we had called several times attempted to call several times and even stopped by to let them know where we were at in the process.
