I reserved my trailer a little more than a month in advance and they didn't have the trailer I needed. They upgraded me to a 6 by 12 rather than the 5 by 8 I reserved. As someone who has never hauled a trailer before I was not comfortable hauling a 6 by 12 trailer. They also switched me other to a different location so I had to drive farther to get my trailer. I thought it through and decided to call back and tell them to either cancel the order or see if I could get something smaller at a different location. They ended up having one at their West Valley location where I ended up picking up the trailer I originally wanted after making several difficult phone calls with minimal guidance or help. Additionally I had to drive 40 minutes out of my way to pick up the trailer when I was promised a trailer closer to my location so I ended up having to use more gas to pick up the trailer. Then as soon as I opened the trailer in the back after they gave it to me I found over 20 blankets all wadded up in the back. I didn't order any blankets and the blankets would have been nice compensation for the difficult transfer process but the fact that there were so many that added a load of unnecessary weight. On top of that they were difficult to move around considering there were so many. Then when I had called back for more service to send in a picture proving that the trailer was in good condition the lady on the phone told me that if I didn't fold up the blankets I would get charged with a $20 fee. I think that's ridiculous because it was given to me in a terrible state and I didn't even order the blankets in the first place. I ended up folding the blankets before returning it but the whole thing just ended up being a frustrating process. (I originally ordered my trailer from the tooele location. Then they transferred me over to the Erda location and then finally West Valley.)

Adalie WI’m still waiting for either a call back to the discount or refund do to the error made. I had already made reservations picked up for Sunday one way but then had to redo another reservation to drive all the way to West valley from where I live in Spanish Fork to drop this trailer off. Was very disappointed esp driving with our heart kiddo around. Would like this be fix pls
