They didn’t provide me with lock code so I had to waste time getting that. Then they were on a 2 he lunch when I went to return truck and then charged me for 7 gallons of fuel even though I put 2 gallons in myself and only went 17 miles.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe people did not really help I waited in the lobby for almost 30 min the staff were in the lot not sure if they were helping another customer but there were three of us and one left then I said thank you 8 times and the man did not respond but other then that it was okay

Jimmy LBe careful with this location they are always cheating on the gas money I always filled gas before return and always charged me more than $15/ each time so for 7 miles driving I have to pay more than $22 for gas each time. I didn’t pay attention but have been cheating for years
Natchawan COnly thing I can think of would be better signage
