They met me out front right when I pulled in. The man helped detach the trailer for me and checked the reservation out instantly. Highly recommend!

Easy drop off
STEPHEN FChris was Excellent to work with. I had secured a 6 X 12 trailer from the Hyannis uhaul and when I got there , one wasn't available. I found Chris on Google as a UHaul sub agent and within 15 Minutes, I was there and hooked up w/ a trailer. He was excellent and very friendly

Benjamin WI was very unhappy to be sent to this vacant location. It was uncomfortable and I wasn't made aware ahead of time it was a self check out. The app was horrible and ig took me an hour to finally get my truck. It was supposed to have furniture pads- there were none. I ended up having to drive to a uhaul center to get pads. At the uhaul center they were badly understaffed and it took several hours to speak with someone (the gentleman was very nice)
