Terry W.Not an issue with the location - but the change made to my reservation day of was very inconvenient. The reservation was for a drop off 15 minutes away from our destination. That was changed day of to this drop off in Westby. That's a 45 minutes away from our destination. So after a long day of moving my wife and I had to a bunch of additional driving. Disappointing experience.
Nathan M.Muddy lot; no signage for the drop box location. The on line checkin process was off putting - it was raining and I am supposed to go around taking pictures. What do you pay the on site personnel for if my word is not good enough without all the pics. I understand mileage and fuel but the rest was a waste of time.
David M.Guarantee reservations - my reservation was moved to an hour away from my original pickup location the day before the move. I was also charged $10 for gas after checking out when I actually left more gas in the uhaul then when I started.
