The refueling business is aggravating-- I forgot to take a picture of the fuel gauge when starting and the whole rental form which had that info disappeared from my phone. I had to call and get a verbal description of the level, but anyway, you can't see it when you're refueling so I ended up guessing how much to put in. There should be something sent from uhaul by text for instance that has the original fuel level and allows you to set the gauge where it is at the end and then tells you exactly how much to put in. Ok? Ok.??

We really like uhaul....but this was the absolute oldest equipment we ever had. Torn handle onbthe door, rusty mechanics.... if we weren't just a couple of miles we would have had cocerns. Fyi. Onlone return is very cumberson. Thank you. We do appreciate uhaul and all.you do.
