It was wonderful being able to walk into an office that had a competent and friendly staff member. I needed a vehicle for a short (local ) a pick- up and delivery from a local store. Frome contract to completion - less than 1 hour. It was so nice to be able to walk- in without a having to schedule a computer reservation m another local vendor required. (Of course, I recognize that in peak times a reservation would be needed to guarantee rental availability)
