Was not informed that it would be an after hours drop off and did not receive instruction. There was not a drop box clearly accessible so waited on hold to get a CSR to share what to do. Whole process cost me about an hour after three long days of moving.
Ryan ZWasn't shown around the vehicle to make sure there was no damage I could be blamed for. Lady just handed me the key and walked away. Otherwise it was very smooth and everyone was very friendly.
