I wasn't told very much about the billing process so I was very confused when I owed so much more just for keeping truck 1 additional day. When your ad or truck says "29.99 per day" but you end up paying about $120.00 when all is said and done. Glad we didn't move further away. Alright experience.

No truck at the scheduled 8:30 am pickup time. Had to wait over an hour for a truck to become available. Then UHaul had the audacity to call me on the next day (Sunday) to make sure I had returned the truck for the next user on Monday morning.

The person that serviced me said "That is what I get for not locking the door". She said this because she did not want her lunch interrupted. I was highly offended. She said this as soon as I walked in the door. Her overall attitude was not good.

This was bad experience with u haul for me, the representative at store made us to wait for more than 40 min as her keyboard wasn't working. This delayed my pickup and affected my other commitments. I did checked with her on if I can drop off at different locations of u haul and what they would charge, she wasn't polite enough to answer customer and asked me to check with u haul customer service.

The truck got 9 miles to a gallon. It was a one way drive and when I dropped it off they didn't have the correct mileage and charge me an extra 200 plus dollars which I hope has been remedied.

I couldn't be more upset about the service ie received with your company. I will never use you again and I will be posting this story to every social media outlet I am have. Starting with picking up our reservation confirmation email. Nothing was said that we needed to contact anyone regarding where to drop the vehicle off. When we get to the storage center I ask again where to drop it off the woman says, "I have no clue I don't work for uhaul" fine, we take the truck, which reeks of cigarettes and has butts in the tray, no walk around was done, no mileage was verified with us or on the contract. She said the gas needed to be full, it was on 3/4. And I returned it on full anyway. Those things I can deal with. I worked for Enterprise rent a car for 5 years and understand you have people smoke in vehicles and don't return the gas. But to not know where the vehicle is to be dropped off, have no walk around done, not verify gas or mileage, all seems incredibly unethical and borderline illegal. How are we to know if any damage was on the truck or what the mileage was we could be charged for? On top of that, the employee couldn't care less. But then. What really set everything off was a call I got from the regional store today. I think her name was kelsie l. She refused to give me an employee number when asked. She called on a Sunday. Asking where the vehicle was. I mentioned we dropped it off at a national storage center location about 4 miles from where we picked it up. At this point she got upset and said we dropped it off at the wrong location and would be charged a drop fee. I told her I tried to ask where to bring it and was given no answer so I made a decision to drop it off just a few miles down the road from the pickup area. She continued to get upset and when I asked how I will know if I am charged or not she said I had to call where I picked up the vehicle. If the place I picked up the vehicle as well as the regional office both didnt know or communicate to me where to bring the truck then how am I supposed to know. She said I should call them. I said ok and then she said there would be no point because they were closed. What type of run around service is this? Its an absolute joke. Then I demanded to know how I could resolve this and she said she didn't know. She just kept saying she wouldn't argue with me. All I wanted to know was who I could contact about the drop fee. So she basically called to harrass me on a Sunday with my family and threaten to charge me 100 dollars with no real explanation and no way of finding out what I can do. She also said she couldn't care less if I get charged or not. The way her tone and attitude is I would be very surprised if this was the first time that there have been complaints made about her. With no way of knowing what is being charged to me by your employees/non employees I will be disputing the charge with American express. I refuse to pay for anything like this type of service, negligence, or harra

This was the best rental experience I've ever had. The location was just down the street from me. The truck was brand new (3000 miles). The manager was friendly and very helpful. I definitely will be going back to this U-Haul whenever I need a truck. Plus I will recommend this location to my friends.

The location was fine, the truck however was the worst truck I've ever been in, it was not maintained at all! The shocks or suspension were so bad that that i had thing's broken and scratched, the lights on the truck were so dim that i could hardly see and a low fuel light kept coming on making me put extra fuel than needed in fear that i would run out of gas. U haul didn't have a drop of location said i would have to call a number well i got a text with a location to later find out the location was in the middle of nowhere, spent 20 min on the phone with dispatch directing me to the location.
