The location was right off very busy road and the location was just hard for me to maneuver my rental truck and towing a trailer. The man that helped me, and checked it in was wonderful! Sorry, I don’t know his name either.. Thank understanding and helpful.👍

I had scheduled to pick up the uhaul at 3. And when I got to the office there was no one there that knew what to do i had to wait 20 min for the guy to come back from lunch. I had scheduled the pick up more than 24 hours in advance.

BRANDON Bcould not speak English to communicate and no parking or help in getting it parked.
Richard ANo one at the sight to help with process. They seemed to not be aware that I was coming even though I'd made a reservation. Truck was backed up into an area that I couldn't get around the back without wading through weeds and trash. Couldn't find the lock box, which delayed the process even further.
