The store manager who placed my order entered the wrong pickup location. When I discovered the error later that evening, I had to call U-Haul Customer Service for assistance. If the store offered printed receipts instead of automatically emailing receipts, I believe I would have noticed the error before leaving the store. The manager said they don't automatically provide customer receipts due to COVID restrictions. However, when I insisted on receiving a receipt when I picked up the vehicle, he gave me one. Overall, I had a positive experience because the night store manager who accepted my truck return was more customer-focused and helpful. He even offered to check my vehicle in for me and park it since I was leery of parking it in one of the tight spaces. His co-worker should adopt more of his friendly, can-do attitude.
BRENDA MHarry, who helped me check out my truck was absolutely fantastic. He was so kind in helping in the whole process of checking the truck out and on the return. Can not compliment him enough for his kindness. I don't rent trucks often and he made it a wonderful experience.
