It took a couple of minutes to understand the location layout but they quickly got me situated and taken care of. Maybe some signage would help. A very good experience.

CHRISTOPHER MI would like to express concern about the condition of the equipment drop-off location at Westminster SC. Upon arrival, I found the area to be dirty and unwelcoming, with it being located in a dilapidated trailer park, scattered trash, poor parking pavement, which made it feel unsuitable for families. As a family-friendly service, I expected a clean and safe environment, and the poor condition of this site made the experience unnecessarily stressful. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that the location will be improved for the comfort and safety of future customers.
