I would like to express concern about the condition of the equipment drop-off location at Westminster SC. Upon arrival, I found the area to be dirty and unwelcoming, with it being located in a dilapidated trailer park, scattered trash, poor parking pavement, which made it feel unsuitable for families. As a family-friendly service, I expected a clean and safe environment, and the poor condition of this site made the experience unnecessarily stressful. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that the location will be improved for the comfort and safety of future customers.

There is currently not a clear way to pick up your rental. Cell service is poor in this location so when using app it is slow to load. Just some more signage would change everything.
BRADLEY SNobody at the site was knowledgable about how to connect the trailer to my car. Had to go next door to get a man to come over and help out. The owner of the site was on the phone with a person at the site to finalize the contract. Much of the information that I had provided when booking the trailer had to be repeated and reentered. I wasn't able to get information about options to increase my insurance and when I called the central U-Haul office later, I was told that it was too late to change insurance. The people at this site were courteous and friendly, but not very competent.
