When we got The U-Haul home we opened up the back and they were shattered glass all over the floor . Made things difficult . They should be cleaned out .

Gary BNot a thing. Was ready for me to pick up rental and only took about 10 minutes.
Pattie LBEWARE. I do not trust this facility. For starters, when we arrived for pick up, we were informed the truck we had reserved, was not available, so we were given a bigger, more expensive truck that we did not need. That’s not even the biggest part for me. When they had to make changes to our order due to a truck change, they added insurance without my permission, THEN they signed for my card to be charged. I have screenshots of the forms that I did not sign. I am not too happy with this forgery or unavailability of the truck I reserved without a heads up. I did send a message regarding my concerns and never heard back. There are multiple reviews that state having this same issue with Smiths General Repair. BEWARE.
