Overall experience was not good. The person I interacted with was rude and not particularly helpful. I felt like I was inconveniencing them.

CHRISTOPHER MI would like to express concern about the condition of the equipment drop-off location at Westminster SC. Upon arrival, I found the area to be dirty and unwelcoming, with it being located in a dilapidated trailer park, scattered trash, poor parking pavement, which made it feel unsuitable for families. As a family-friendly service, I expected a clean and safe environment, and the poor condition of this site made the experience unnecessarily stressful. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that the location will be improved for the comfort and safety of future customers.
DWAYNE MThere is currently not a clear way to pick up your rental. Cell service is poor in this location so when using app it is slow to load. Just some more signage would change everything.
