There were no signs where to leave the rental. The parking lot where other U-hauls were sitting was around the back of a separate building for the key drop off. When dropping off the app continued to crash so I could not complete the self-check in. I called the U-haul customer service and was told there was nothing they could do to help as it was after hours. Overall the rental was a very poor process from start to finish.

Equipment was clean. Only challenge I had was realizing the key boxes were on a separate building. Other than that a good rental experience.
