The agent barely spoke a word to me and seemed upset about something. I then went to the truck and the windshield was really dirty that you could barely see out of it. Use the wipers right? Wrong, the drivers side was broken so I couldn’t use them the entire trip home. It was really unsafe when I was driving at night and it started to sprinkle. So Mae sure your equipment is clean and you everything is in working order before someone picks it up.

PAUL NGreat experience overall. I wasn't fully aware of everything that was involved in the check out process. It would have helped if I had a "heads up" as I was extremely exhausted and dehydrated after moving. Following the instructions was easy - but had I known about all the required pictures, I wouldn't have had to move the van to get the front picture, etc. I also wasn't aware of how to get the key out
AIMEE BNot sure if I accidentally did it when I pickup up the van, but the gas gage showed more gas on the contract than what was actually in the van. When I returned the vehicle with the same amount of gas as it had when I left, I was told I was going to be charged $15. Even though I purchased gas before returning the van
