This was a terrible experience 😕 we originally requested a 26' truck for our move. In the end had to settle for a 15' truck. This resulted in us having to move stuff with our car 🚗 to family members houses. Created a stressful time on top of an already stressful situation 🙃

ROSS FApparently The trailer that I booked online wasn't available.I received a phone call from U-Haul and I was offered the next size up trailer. I didn't really need.a bigger trailer. But it was nice you offered it for the same price. Very good customer service.
JASON TThe equipment was old. The ratchets were not in good condition and stiff. The trailer was not able to reach my hitch (Dodge 2500) because of where it was stored. The woman who worked there gave me a dolly to try and elevate the trailer onto my hitch. It was too heavy for that. Nobody there to help.
