I reserved my uhaul at a south side location in Wetumpka, AL but they booked me for the north side location and I got billed extra for going over the 117 miles by 4.5 miles. Then I was charged extra for being 3 gallons short after putting $60 in the tank. I had this rental out for less than 24 hrs which I had until Monday to turn in. This vehicle was checked out at 8am in Wetumpka and turned in to Enterprise around 7pm. Why am I being charged for extra when I did add gas back to around the same area and I brought it back to you same day so you could rent it out again and make more money. I am requesting a refund back of the charges that were added on Aug 22nd at turn in. There was not even damage or issues with the truck. If this is how yall do business and do not consider all these factors, then I may start considering other moving companies from here forward. There are other options but I like Uhaul and have used yall for years.

The building looked abandoned, the clerk was not there and had to finish processing me over the phone. The total experience was not good being that U haul didn’t communicate a location change with me until 7:20 that morning by text not explaining why my location changed. I asked could I drop it off at the original location I reserved to find out I was about to be charged an extra $200 because I didn’t drop off at the same location. I had to call customer service a few times until they got me over to the right one. Jamaria wasn’t trying to help with her nasty attitude which she told me my best bet was to go pick it back up and take it to the right location, which was out the way for me. Thank God for Candace!! She pointed me in the right direction and apologized for the inconvenience. At the end of the day the manger took care of everything but it could had been avoided with the right communication from the start.
Keyeria BI had an issue with having my rental moved to this location. The people there were nice and I had no issues with them, but the location was out of my way which meant time lost and more miles spent. Also this location did not have the items i requested with my rental. That isn't really their issue, the rental shouldn't have been moved to a location that could not provide the items i requested.
Thomas MWe arrived to pick up the truck and it was in very clean condition. It was in an open lot, so maneuvering around was easily done. The truck served it's purpose and we returned no problem. Checking the vehicle out and back in was a smooth and easy process.
