The entire trip using the equipment we had issues with stuff not working or completely being gone. The equipment was given to us broken. It was quite literally the worst customer service of my life when getting the equipment. They smoked in the building and I walked out smelling like an ashtray, I have trouble breathing already and it only exacerbated the situation. It blows my mind U-Haul is willing to be affiliated with such individuals. The representation of the company was disgusting.
MADISON HThe location looked derelict and was 50 miles from where the home was one way. UHaul had me drive by other existing and closer locations to drop the truck off at this location.
