I called before returning, the lady told me how to return truck, I followed her instructions, took a few precautionary photos that truck was returned to the location, and then left. The next day I received several nastygrams saying the truck wasn't returned. Wtf. It was annoying, demonstrates poor communication and customer service from uhaul. It was disappointing, but ultimately they cleared it up with no extra costs.
