Easy, convenient - clean!
Corissa JI’m being charged and the gas WAS NOT on 1/4 it was less than 1/4 and i only went 24 miles so how did i burn that much gas. Also being charged for a dolly that was not on the truck not to mention no one on site to help
Tiana HI had to call to even get into the establishment. I was first given the wrong vehicle. Then, the proper vehicle did not have the amount of gasoline listed on the contract. There was only 5/8 of a tank of gas. I was told not to worry, just to return the truck with 5/8 of a tank. Then, on the invoice, I was charged an additional $21.00 for fuel, when in reality, I returned the truck with more fuel in the tank, then when I received it. I am now looking for the $21.00 credit to be put back on my card. I am not real happy with this rental experience.
