RICHARD GThey would not even come out and check trucks for cleanliness, gas, mileage or anything! They are the ones though that discovered that the car wasn’t latched down tight and had shifted on the tow!
GERI TThe unit was in very poor condition and not maintained. One brake light did not work and one of the strap placements, which has two bolts and nuts, one bolt was loose and the other one was missing. Every time I stopped for gas I had to tighten the ratchet strap because it would loosen. I drove 1700 miles. I chose this location because I could not find a unit near Morgantown, WV. Very frustrating!!
