It was very easy doing everything on the app and then picking it up and dropping it off at a very easy, convenient location. Lots of parking. The only complaint I have is that I took photos of the trailer when we returned it but was unable to load them onto the app. I didn't realize you have to be in the app and take the photos at the time you drop it off.

The vehicle was a mess mechanically. My daughter was literally crying driving in it she was so scared.
CHRISTIAN CWe picked the U-Haul up & gas was pretty much empty. We filled it up halfway due to this. As we had to fill up twice. Once when we picked the car up & once to drop it back off.
Roberto SStart by putting tires on the vehicles suited for Canadian winters. Uhaul claimed that they were all season tires, impossible, they were summer tires.
