I met with both employees, the male on the Monday and the female on the Tuesday. Both were very helpful and answered my questions. I didn’t want to prebook a van due to time of year and inclement weather. He said it was fine to book day of. When I showed up Tuesday morning to book the van for that day, the office was empty and I had to wait about 15 minutes for someone to return. My only recommendation to make my experience better would be to leave a note on the door with expected return time and perhaps a cell phone number for immediate contact if necessary. The service at this location is always incredible. The gentleman who works the office is friendly, efficient and easy to deal with, he is one of the reasons we continue to use this locations.
