Customer service at location was good but process was awful due to lack of communication I was overcharged for a rental that was 1995 plus km cost me 80 dollars I was not made aware of many aspects of rental and I feel like I was not given proper info on service.which cost me so much more money than it should have. It would be appreciated if you could reach out to me I am not satisfied at all with what I thought would have been a cost effective move end up being almost 100 dollars for a rental that was supposed to be 19.95 plus km
