We were told the truck was parked in an adjacent plaza where Walmart was located and it was nowhere to be found. We were sent on a wild goose chase when in fact the unit was actually. Is the in the same plaza as the store? This delayed us significantly. On the return there was a problem where the store owner had to go back out to the truck to take the picture that was required in order to get the odometer reading. We did not know the key had to be turned on. Adding to this we signed up using the app which turned out to be totally useless and I had to go through all the details information in the store which made the app useless.

Equipment we rented was not in truck and did not have any in the back. Keys were not put in after hours pick up so had to wait for location to open.

Chris WEmployee was very nice. Store was busy during my transaction so it took quite a long time. I suggest booking reservation online before going in so it's faster. And say 24hr rental which is standard. Employee put 12hrs only so they said I was late when I brought it back the next day. No issues with charges :) Excellent price and truck for local use.
