The person behind the desk informed us that he did not have the utility dolly that we reserved. He told us he would give us the appliance dolly instead, at no additional charge. Then, when we went down to take the truck, the order was updated and the dolly was changed from utility dolly to appliance dolly and we were charged the full price.

Gil VFor me, everything was qui k and easy. Knowing it is the weekend, I rreserved the truck for Friday Morning and was able to hae it for 9:00 am. When I arrived at 9 am, it was quick and easy, everything I required was waiting for me as a cart and moving blankets. The gentleman in the office was couteous, knowledgeable and instructions were clear and precise.
Michael CAbsolutely fabulous and organized! Jason was extremely polite and helpful. He explained everything, showed me the location of the drop box and made sure I was taken care of. The cargo van ran just fine, as for cleanliness, the back of the van had a lot of debris, and a dirty sock. Lol. That doesn't offend me at all, but it might not be well received by others.
Vera-Lyn OI put more gas to compensate for the extra kms and didn't get credit for it !!!
