Jamie at the pick up spot was nice. The truck was covered with snow when I got there and they brushed it off - I still had to walk through pretty deep snow to get into the truck. It would have been nice if they pulled it out and/or warmed it up for me, but not a big deal for me, but would have been for a smaller/less mobile person. The truck was out of wiper fluid and I really needed it on the trip, so I had to buy some myself since the roads were very dirty during the trip from a bad winter storm - that was disappointing.

One of the better trucks I have rented from Uhaul (which have always been more than okay). This one had just over 7,000 miles, so it was in especially good condition. My first time renting from Upper Valley Plow, I was quite pleased with them. Personable, professional, would rent from them again -- especially because their quoted rate was significantly less than the larger competing dealer nearby. Uhaul Hyannis was their usual friendly, efficient selves, meeting me at the door, collecting the keys, and getting me on my way. My ONLY complaint with the entire rental was that the washer fluid was either empty or frozen (it's been stupid cold in the Upper Valley); not being able to clear the windshield made for a frustrating winter drive. Other than that, everything was great.

DOUGLAS SGreat customer service. When the shop realized they didn't have a dolly for us, they gave us a cash refund and handled it really well. Helped clean off and clean out the truck to be sure we had what we needed heading into a move on a snowy day.
