No call to confirm reservation, truck was late (45 minutes), then got different equipment than ordered, which was not cleaned from last rental. Asked for Reservation Guarantee and told no. Horrible experience and deceptive (at best) advertising. VERY UNHAPPY.

The agent at the Whitehall location where I returned the truck charged me $10 for gas even though I had filled it up to half a tank, as per the contract . He claimed it was “a hair under 1/2 tank”. Not good policy to nickel and dime your customers.

I put no to well maintained because I had to wait while they repaired a broken strap on the car hauler. The equipment was reserved in advance and should have been ready. It cut into my rental time

Drop off was not great. Front desk staff was very unfriendly. He gave me one word directives and I had no idea what was needed of me during check out.

Disappointing to arrive at the store to reserve a truck after we waited 25 minutes for a clerk to tell us even though he had a 10 and a 15 foot trucks on the lot we would need to call the 1-800 number to reserve. If this is the standard practice, then why is there no sign posted regarding online or phone reservations only.

First off I'd like to start I don't know how Bradley Mohater is a manager! He is very Rude Arrogant and Unknowledgable! I went for a car carrier he said there was none available for the day I needed. So I called you 800 number of course there was one available at that location for the day I needed! The you sign was wrong for your propane refill was wrong it said 3.45 for a tank to be refilled. I sent my wife over to refill some tanks she came back so angry. I asked her what was the matter? She said Bradley was rude to her and said he said the sign wasn't right and he changed it right in front of her. Since the sign wasn't right he should have honored it! Wasn't my wife's fault! Then when I returned my equipment I thought they were going to check my return to make sure it was in the condition I took it in. They left me sitting for a half hour bc they went out to the trailer and when they came back in they said Oh you were good to go before. Now why didn't they say something in the first place. And while I was sitting there the other salesman was giving another customer that made a reservation a hard time. I could see that customer was getting angry as well. All the salesman could say is I am new I just moved here. Well either train him right or have someone that knows what he is doing there helping them. All I got to say is I will NEVER go back to this location again for anything or refere anybody to go to this location.Very BAD customer service very UNKNOWLEDGABLE and RUDE!! Pick up of non reserved equipment neat end of work day. Staff appeared less than enthusiastic and had some difficulty understanding our requirement. However once this hurdle was behind us, the service was excellent and our need was more than adequately met. On return, my wife was unwilling to attempt backing your equipment into its parking spot and your staff was willing and able to accommodate her.
