MARUA WThe property is currently undergoing renovation on the front entryway and there were steel construction materials in front of the key pick up box, making it a safety hazard. I had to return my truck at night and there were no lights on at the property. Also, my original reservation was for a different location, and it was changed without notice or approval. I only got two cryptic text messages from U-Haul that only showed a response URL, but no message. I never got a phone call to confirm my reservation as I was told I would. This made the reservation show two different locations, one for the rental source and the other for the location of the truck. Thankfully, I went to the right location and U-Haul customer service was able to correct the error.
