Since the reservation can be made easily by cell phone, including selecting equipment, providing identification, making payment, etc., why not just post the paperwork on a reservation board at the dealer so the customer can see unit number and grab it and go! No interaction with anyone except maybe someone at the gate to verify correct unit was selected. Kind of like car rental places.

The drop off location for the trailer was a mud pit. Had to go to car wash to clean mud off my vehicle. They should have a more stable environment

The only problem with the drop off is there really wasn't a good place to park. There were so many other U-Hauls there which didn't leave much room for us. We had to park in front of a greenhouse which we felt bad about but had no other choice.

One tire had a big gash on the sidewall. Didn't notice until a gas stop during my trip. The cruise control was also nonfunctional, which made my 6-hour driving experience more of a chore than it should have been. However, the folks at the pickup location always offer excellent customer service and are extremely helpful! Great people!
