The right tire on this trailer has a flat spot and cords are beginning to show. I almost rented this exact trailer five months ago and it had the same tire on it. Please get this tire changed before someone gets hurt.

I think it would be helpful to let customers aware of all fees. I was not aware of an additional $20 for having to return it after hours seeing how they closed after the time I scheduled drop off.

During open hours no one was at the location and we had to drop off online remotely. Location was unmarked and incredibly hard to find. U-Haul as a whole has been very avoidant and not contacting me about the terrible service we have received nor have they answered any of my questions.
